Can you connect our website to Microsoft 365, our booking system or CRM?
Yes. Website forms and bookings can go straight into your inbox, Microsoft 365 or your CRM, so nobody types the same details twice. We connect booking systems and online shops to the tools you already use, and where there’s no ready-made connection, we can often build one. Will our website meet GDPR and cookie rules?
We build that in. Your website gets cookie consent (analytics and marketing cookies wait until a visitor agrees), a link to your privacy policy on every form, SSL on every page and an accessibility check before launch. We can keep it up to date as your website and the rules change. The wording of your privacy policy is yours to agree, with a solicitor if you need one, and we make sure the website does what it says.

Do you visit, or is it all remote?
Both. Our managed IT services are remote first, with engineers on site across Dunfermline, Fife and Central Scotland when something needs a visit. Websites, hosting and digital marketing don’t need a site visit, so we work with businesses further afield too.
