Can you set devices up with Microsoft 365 before delivery?
Yes. We enrol devices into Microsoft 365, apply security policies and set up user accounts before they reach you, so a new starter can log in and get to work on their first day.
Do you deliver and install on site?
Yes. We deliver on site across Fife and Central Scotland, and can install devices at your office or configure them remotely, whichever suits your team and your timescale.
Can we replace our computers in stages?
Yes. We can roll out new devices in phases, or plan a structured refresh programme, so spending fits your budget and your team isn’t disrupted all at once.
What happens to our old computers?
We securely wipe your data and dispose of old devices properly, then replace them as planned. Every device is asset tagged and documented, so you know what you had and where it went.
What if a device needs repairing?
Many common computer and laptop repairs are completed the same day in our workshop, depending on parts availability, and every completed repair includes a warranty on parts and labour. For business devices, we can pick up and return.
