Co-managed IT is where an outside provider, such as us, works alongside your own IT person or team. We add our helpdesk, monitoring and expertise, and pick up the jobs they don’t have time for, so holidays and sick days don’t leave you without cover.
What happens in the free review?
It’s a free Business Technology Review of about 30 minutes, online or at your office. We look at how your systems, devices and Microsoft 365 are set up, what’s at risk and what could work better, then send you a short written summary of what we’d change first.
