Do we need a full redesign, or just a few fixes?
If your site is slow, structurally dated, hard to update or not ranking despite work on it, a rebuild is often better value than patching it. If the foundations are sound, smaller fixes may be enough, and our review will tell you which.
Will we lose our Google rankings?
Planned properly, a redesign shouldn’t cost you your place on Google. We list the pages that bring you visitors, keep those pages and their addresses, redirect anything that has to change and carry over your page titles and descriptions.
Can you move our website from another host?
Yes. We’ll handle the migration to our UK cloud hosting for you, keeping disruption to a minimum. Our hosting is from £14 a month, with updates, backups and monitoring available on our Care Plan. More about hosting.
How long does a website redesign take?
That depends on how big your site is and how quickly any new text and photos come together. Once the audit is done, we’ll give you a clear timeline, then work through planning, design, build and launch, keeping you posted along the way.
Can you redesign a site another company built?
Yes. A previous developer who no longer replies is one of the common reasons people come to us. We audit what’s there, keep what works and rebuild the rest, so you’re not starting again from scratch.
What support do we get after launch?
Our Care Plan handles updates, backups, monitoring and support, with response times set out in our SLA, and you can still make everyday edits yourself. Read our Care Plan SLA.
