What does a Microsoft 365 partner do?
A Microsoft 365 partner plans, sets up and supports Microsoft 365 for your business, from licences and email to Teams, SharePoint and security. As a Microsoft Partner, we also look after it day to day as part of our managed services, so your team has one place to go for help.
How do I choose a Microsoft 365 partner?
Ask what they’ll do after setup, who you’ll call when something goes wrong, and whether they look after businesses like yours. A partner that also handles your security and devices saves you juggling suppliers.
Can you move our email to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We move email and files across from old servers, hosting packages and other providers, and plan the move so your team can keep working.
Can you take over our existing Microsoft 365?
Yes. We can take over an existing setup without disrupting your team, then check its security settings and tidy up licences and accounts.
Which Microsoft 365 licence do we need?
It depends on what each person does. Some people only need email and the Office apps, while others need more security and device management. We’ll check what you have and recommend the right licence for each person.
Is Microsoft 365 secure?
It can be, once it’s set up properly. We check the security settings, configure device and access policies and monitor backups. Our cybersecurity service adds phishing tests and staff training.
Can Microsoft 365 automate our admin?
Often, yes. Power Automate and SharePoint can handle approvals, reminders and records that update themselves, so details are typed once. See our managed IT and Microsoft 365 page for examples.
Can you set up Microsoft Copilot?
Yes. When you’re ready for AI, we set up Microsoft Copilot safely, with your data kept inside your Microsoft 365. Copilot works within the permissions each person already has, so tidy permissions matter before any AI tool goes live.
